The location is very convenient and the staff were very helpful, however for our family of 4, this hotel was far too small for our needs. More hooks and towel rails to hang and dry clothes/towels is needed. The airconditioning unit was working but not efficiently.

The ‘hotel’ is not a hotel. It’s a hostel. The room was allegedly for 6 people but was smaller than the rooms they sell for 4 people with a smaller bathroom and no access to light. I have never stayed in a room that made me feel claustrophobic before, until I stayed here! I have stayed in hostels across Europe and can honesty say, this does not even hit the bar of a a one star hostel in the red light district of Amsterdam! Nothing positive to say about the so called ‘family’ hotel! Avoid!
