We had a wonderful stay at this hotel while celebrating our baby’s first birthday, and we would like to give special thanks to Cristina from PR & Guest Relations. All the staff were very kind, welcoming and helpful, but Cristina truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. She made sure our experience was memorable and helped make this important milestone for our family even more meaningful. Her thoughtfulness and personal touch really made a difference, and we are genuinely grateful for her excellent hospitality. The only area that could be improved is the food selection. As the hotel is located on top of the mountain, with limited restaurants nearby, having a wider variety of food options within the hotel would make a big difference. More variety in the menu would encourage guests to stay longer and enjoy more of what the hotel has to offer, rather than feeling the need to leave to find other dining options. Overall, we had a lovely experience, and the exceptional service, especially from Cristina, made our stay truly memorable. Thank you for helping us create such special memories for our baby’s first birthday. We would love to return!
