Upon entry, you'll encounter a well-equipped kitchen with a spacious refrigerator and freezer, a two-burner cooktop, a microwave, a coffee machine, a gourmet sandwich press, an electric kettle, and a reliable toaster. Additionally, we've provided a hairdryer, a washing machine, and a convenient dryer to enhance your stay.

Rest assured, a dedicated parking spot awaits your vehicle, ensuring your peace of mind throughout your stay. We remain readily available via text or phone call to guide you in uncovering the finest activities and must-visit destinations in and around Sinaia.

Green Charm Studio comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests on a queen-sized bed and a sofa bed, making it an ideal choice for families or groups of friends eager to explore the allure of Sinaia. • To avoid injury, please supervise small children inside the house.
• No smoking in the apartment. In case of smoking on the property, a penalty fee of 500 lei will be charged.
• Pets are not allowed
• No parties or events are allowed
• Please respect the quiet hours (22:00-8:00, 12:00-14:00) and check-in (16:00-21:00) and check-out (9:00-11:00 ).
• An additional fee will be applied for early check-in or late check-out.
• For stays of more than 10 nights, additional cleaning will be scheduled after the additional payment is completed and will include bed linen, towel and toiletries changes, as well as floor and kitchen vacuuming and mopping.
• If you require an invoice for your stay, please note that we can issue one on request.
• Please note that any damage or loss of belongings will be the responsibility of the guest and will be billed accordingly.
• According to HG 237/2001, republished in 2008, in accordance with article 2, paragraph (5), it is necessary to present a document at check-in. Please complete our online check-in form provided in the check-in instructions.
