Underbart hotell med retro kÀnsla

En wow kÀnsla uppkom nÀr man kom in innanför entré-dörren. Ett hotell i retro-stil och som visar upp gamla klassiker frÄn kÀnda keramiker som bl.a. Stig Lindberg. Rummet som gick i samma stil var inte stort men det tillhörde en uteplats som var fantastisk. Frukosten hade inga varmrÀtter men brödet var hembakat och det fanns flera olika sylter som var hemmagjorda. En annan ovanlig sak var att det fanns ett gÀstkök som man kunde lÄna. Bra gÄngavstÄnd bÄde till Kiviksgraven och ner till hamnen och restauranger.

Överraskad av miljön!

Bokade rum via bokningssajt enkom för att ha nÄgonstans att sova i samband med annan aktivitet i Kivik. Personalen var vÀldigt flexibel att tillmötesgÄ incheckning strax utanför aviserad incheckningstid. Nu checkade vi in i tid ÀndÄ men kunde stÀlla bilen innan vi checkade in. Hade inte en aning om att detta var ett retrohotel och det var en underbar miljö med mÄnga minnen frÄn uppvÀxt. Den enda i personalen, förmodligen ur Àgarfamilj bemötte oss mycket vÀl. Klanderfri renhet, mysig frukost med möjlighet till tvÄ utomusplatser i olika vÀderstreck. Det som begrÀnsar att ge högsta betyg Àr att den .förmodligen i modern tid. insatta utfÀllbara sÀngen var ganska obekvÀm. Det finns sÀkert andra typer av rum men vi var ute i "sista sekund". Finns nu andra val av rum rekommenderar jag detta hotell starkt och ser mig sjÀlv som boende igen.

Direkt man klev innanför dörrarna kÀnde man sig vÀlkommen och hemma. Inredningen gick i 60-talsstuk och var otroligt vackert. Rummet var över förvÀntan, vacker gammal inredning med en modern touch och för finare, varmare vÀder fanns en otrolig balkong att umgÄs pÄ. Frukost serverades i en otrolig matsal. Utbudet pÄ det Àtbara var kanske inte sÄ stort, men det som serverades var gudomligt sÄ man kÀnde aldrig att nÄgot saknades. Frallorna var alltid varma och fÀrska, bara det Àr ett stort plus! Hela kÀnslan pÄ hotellet var vÀldigt mysig och familjÀr, och det var vÀldigt lugnt. BÄde jag och min sambo Àr otroligt nöjda över vÄr vistelse och kommer absolut att boka detta hotell fler gÄnger!
