Our third stay in this hotel and all went well. They are renovating and hopefully by the time we visit again the hotel will be much nicer.

Room was clean but the bathroom sink drained out very slow. Minimal breakfast with just coffee and muffins but there’s places to eat next to the property. Overall it was ok.

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
The free internet was very, very slow, no real breakfast (just coffee/tea, muffins, and energy bars), no lounge area where you can meet guests, and one of the staff looked very uninterested in their job and unhelpful!

The place needed major updates and repairs. The curtains in our room was full of holes and the carpet was stained. The bathroom was nice but that's about it. We'll never stay there again. Very disappointing.

6/10 Okay

I will say the room was clean and well maintained but the overall experience was just okay and a little underwhelming. I stay in Simi Valley at least twice a year and this is the first time staying at Extended Stay. When I booked the hotel it said breakfast included but the breakfast was simply a ceral bar and coffee/tea, this is not "breakfast" it's a snack. The staff was nice but not as friendly as I would have liked.
