Spend your holiday in the detached & family-friendly Ferien-HAUS AM SEE with unobstructed dream views of the Fleesensee in a very quiet forest location and relax in an exclusive feel-good atmosphere! The detached luxury holiday home is built on a total plot area of ​​800 m² & light-flooded 90 m² feel-good living space & was after a refurbishment in 2012 modern & very lovingly with many exclusive details & technical knowhow completely new equipped & lovingly furnished. As the house name "Haus am See" suggests, the house is located directly on the lake. ... and at the end of the street is a house on the lake ...

The house has an unobstructed dream view from the south-facing terrace and the balcony on the Fleesensee, a private jetty and its within walking distance to 3 sandy beaches of the Fleesensee.

In the Heidepark Silz there are a total of 3 sandy beaches, 1 mini market (fresh bread rolls), restaurants and a large playground. All of this is within walking distance of the cottage within a few minutes. The gastronomy invites you to relaxed food and coffee on the large sun terrace overlooking the Fleesensee. In about 1 minute walking distance is the marina with boat launchers & boat rental. An in-house boat tender is available on request.

The house has a large, well-kept and lovingly landscaped garden incl. Pavilion with lounge furniture, 2 sun terraces (one with south orientation & direct unobstructable lake view), south balcony (also with direct lake view), a carport adjacent to the house as well as a separate storage cellar room. This house is a Non smoking house. Therefore, smoking in the house is strictly prohibited! Pets are not allowed, thus ideal for holiday guests with animal allergies.

The family-friendly holiday home has a 32 m² light-flooded, spacious and comfortably furnished living area, an open, fully equipped fitted kitchen with comfortable dining area and a daylight bathroom with floor-level spa shower.

From the living area and the dining area with kitchen you enter the two sun terraces. Adjacent to a terrace (incl. Patio heater) is a very high quality charcoal grill (charcoal please bring along) available. Thus, you can even on cool evenings thanks to our electr. Radiant heater still sitting comfortably together and enjoy the peace. In the garden area there is also a gazebo with lounge furniture available.

All windows and patio doors throughout the house are equipped with electric shutters. The house is heated by radiators. The EC bath has underfloor heating - so cold feet have no chance here.
