The modern Villa Alto da Colina, featuring a heated pool, is located in a quiet residential neighborhood of Pêra, situated between Albufeira and Carvoeiro. From here, you can enjoy views of the stunning coastal landscape of Armação de Pêra and the Praia Grande de Pêra Nature Reserve. The tastefully furnished home offers plenty of natural light. Built in 2016, it features electric blinds, a security system, and air conditioning.

The first floor consists of two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with a shower, and a terrace with panoramic views.

The first floor features a fully equipped kitchen right next to the living room, which has a cozy seating area in front of the TV and the fireplace, as well as a dining table that seats six. The bedroom with a double bed and an adjoining bathroom with a shower and tub is also located on the first floor. You can step directly outside from any room.

Here you’ll find a pool (8x5m) with a surrounding terrace and sun loungers, as well as a charming barbecue area—ideal for relaxing and unwinding with family or friends.

About three kilometers away, you’ll find the expansive, family-friendly sandy beaches of Grande de Pêra and Armação de Pêra. Pêra offers easy access to the N 125, from which you can quickly reach the highway. Faro Airport is about 40 kilometers away.
