The beautiful and newly renovated flat Sol with sea view is located directly on the beach promenade of Armação de Pêra. This flat is on the 7th floor and from your balcony, living room and kitchen you have a beautiful panoramic sea view. The house has 2 lifts. You have less than 50m to the beach.

From your large balcony you can enjoy the spectacular sunrises and sunsets of the Algarve. The balcony is equipped with sun loungers and a seating set with table.
Like all our flats, it has fast fibre-optic internet and satellite TV (with all German channels) and MEO TV (100 Portuguese channels, series and films partly in original English). The rooms have air conditioning.
For bookings of one week or more, intermediate cleaning is included in the price (except for monthly rates).

Fabulous beach apartment

We had a fabulous stay at this apartment. The views are incredible from the large balcony and the apartment is being beautiful, The only thing to be aware of is during our stay there was organised entertainment on the pedestrian area directly in front of the apartment block which could be loud. I am not sure if this was just going on while we were there or is something that happens all summer.

A really lovely bright and spacious apartment. Modern and clean. Views from balcony amazing. Exactly as we had hoped.
