Poor

The property was extremely outdated and dirty. Upon arrival we noticed several stains next to the bed. Not sure if it was wine or someone got sick. The reading lamp was broken and almost fall apart while my kids were sitting on couch. The cable was out and when I reached out to the property manager via email and text to voice my concerns about the beds, no shampoo, trash bags and no cable, I didn’t receive a call or email until I reached out to Hotels.com days later.
