Wonderful Family Retreat Smack in the middle of 4 Ski Resorts - Enjoy a family vacation without the hassle of multiple levels, and loads of stairs! This beautiful 2 level open layout mountain home is in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. Mountain Serenity is a pristine and spacious four bedroom, three and a half bath home located in the heart of Colorado Ski Country, in the Wilderness sub-division of Silverthorne, in Summit County, Colorado - Gateway to Keystone, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, A-Basin, Loveland, Vail and Beaver Creek; and, approximately five minutes from many great restaurants, grocery store, gas stations, Target, and 70 factory outlet stores.

This beautiful Two Level home backs to the national forest with mountain views off the living room and master on the top floor; and, access to numerous hiking trails for walking or biking. Just steps away from the house, is the year-round free Summit Stage shuttle which services all Summit County Ski Resorts and towns. This house is great for family get togethers.

There are premier finishes throughout the home including hardwood floors; black stainless steel appliances; granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms; and,, a private hot tub on the deck. Every room in the house is wired for cable television and every bedroom has a TV/VCR/DVD/Blu Ray Player. There is a 55 inch Wide-screen 4K Sony TV with Blu-ray player in the main living room and, a 55 inch Wide-Screen LCD Flat Screen TV in the Second Living Room Area. Wi-Fi wireless internet is available throughout the house.

There are two beautiful living room areas (one in each level of the home).

Sleeping arrangements are as follows: Main Level: Master- King-size bed with a private bath featuring a Jacuzzi tub with a separate shower Lower Level: second- King-size with a private bath third- Queen-size with a private bath fourth- four sets of twin bunks (eight twins). Sleeps Max of 10.

Place suited our needs very well. Very comfortable. About 18 min. drive to Copper Mountain. Hosts were responsive and all instructions were clear. Only mild critiques might be the unusually stiff deposit that this property requires, which after our stay took a few weeks to get back. Should also be noted that the kitchen, while stocked fairly well with cookware, was a bit sparse on typical cooking fare that one might usually have (pretty much just had salt and pepper, and the salt was almost empty), so just something to be aware of in your preparations if you plan on doing much cooking in.We were surprised to learn the ice machine was non-functional when we arrived, but we were told they were fixing that soon so likely a non factor for future renters.

Wonderful home base for ski vacation

Mirtha's home was a wonderful home base for a Colorado ski vacation with friends. We skied at Winter Park, A-Basin, and Copper mountain, and the property was centrally located. The property had a big kitchen, dining area, and living room that made cooking meals and game nights a breeze. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable, and the hot tub was fantastic! We would definitely stay here again!

The house was everything as promised. Clean, large, decorated well, very comfortable, and fit our group. The only reason they did not get 5 stars is they were a ilttle light on kitchen utensils and there was no soap or shampoo in the bathrooms. May be a little picky, but otherwise it was a great stay.

Large luxurious home in perfect location

Our family of five spent several nites at this beautiful, comfortable home. I loved that we were on the edge of a forest of walking and biking trails, the freeway was close enough to access easily, and the home was very clean and a terrific place to spend time with our family. Great Place for a Ski Vacation

The townhouse was clean and comfy with lots of room for our family to relax. The hot tub was great after a day of skiing and the fox came to visit several times. The kitchen had everything you would you need and the beds were very comfortable. We would love to make this the place for our annual ski vacation.

Skiing in March

The house is in a beautiful setting and is a short drive to the grocery store and outlet stores. It is also a short drive to Keystone, Breckenridge and Vail - which all had fresh snow and excellent skiing. Our crew included grandparents, parents, children, and toddlers and was very comfortable. Because the house is on two floors we were able to isolate a couple of people who developed short lived flu symptoms. There were televisions in almost every room and the house was very well appointed - the appliances were cutting edge. The kitchen is designed for tall people, and if you bring toddlers it would be good to bring some toys (although they will play with almost anything). There was a large supply of DVD movies. This is one of the best VRBO units we have stayed in.

Beautiful property, enjoyed stay despite check in issues

Property is better than described and captured in pictures. Great location in Summit County, large hot tub, and plenty of space to spread out for a large group. House was not cleaned prior to check in due to misunderstanding, Mirtha was quick to respond and get cleaners to arrive quickly and did everything in her power to make it right.
