Moose Tracks is our home away from home. This luxury modern mountain vacation home includes a 4-bed, 4.5-bath stand-alone home plus a 1-bed, 1-bath detached casita. The home is located on a quiet street just a few miles from downtown Silverthorne and near world-class ski resorts. Enjoy our private decks with mountain views, neighborhood trails, salt-water hot tub, bunk room, gourmet kitchen, game room, and more. The home is perfect for friends and family alike. We have been renting for a couple of years, but we are new to VRBO.

The space
This beautifully decorated 3,000-square-foot multi-level home offers five bedrooms and six bathrooms, in a unique layout. The rental includes a stunning 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom stand-alone home plus a 1-bedroom, 1-bath detached Casita that sleeps two adults comfortably. The large windows and multiple decks provide expansive panoramic views of the Rocky Mountains from every vantage point. There is a heated three-car garage equipped with ample storage for all your gear in every season and you can relax in our saltwater hot tub at the end of a long day of skiing or hiking.

The home sleeps 13 people comfortably and is thoughtfully furnished to comfortably house two families (or a multigenerational family) with two separate living areas– where kids can play downstairs and not disturb the adult party upstairs.

The main level includes stunning views out of every window with a spacious open floor-plan, vaulted ceilings, and a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace. The full-sized gourmet kitchen is designed for creating delicious meals and memories. It is fully stocked with all the cookware and tableware you need and features quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances and a wine cooler for entertaining. The dining area comfortably seats eight and there are four additional seats at the breakfast bar. Just off the dining area, you will find a large, furnished deck with a gas grill and incredible views of the Gore range.
The laundry room and garage can be accessed on this main level as well.

On the main level, you will find the first primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, a mounted flat-screen TV, and beautiful mountain views. Enjoy the fresh mountain air on your own private deck. The luxurious en suite bathroom has double sinks, a walk-in shower with a bench and marble tile, and a water room for added privacy. Down the hall, you will find the main level guest bedroom featuring a queen-sized bed, en suite bathroom, and gorgeous views from the window.

The lower level of the home has a second primary suite (matching the upstairs primary) and another bedroom furnished with two twin xl bunk beds and the other has a pyramid bunk with a queen and twin xl bed. The lower level also offers lots of seating around a flat-screen TV and a gas fireplace. And for family fun, there is a pool table, ping pong table, and shuffleboard table. Just outside is access to the spacious patio with seating around a fire pit and next to a private hot tub. Enjoy a night under the stars soaking tired muscles after a long day of outdoor adventure.

The casita is a wonderful addition to the home for large families or friends. The casita is a detached one-bedroom, one-bath studio apartment. The casita has a king-size bed, a kitchenette, and a small living area with fireplace, tv, and views of nature (occasionally including a fox, a moose, and other neighborhood friends).

COMMUNITY AMENITIES:
Guests of Summit Sky Ranch have access to a variety of Summit Sky amenities including private hiking trails, private fishing waters, Aspen House and our Lake House. The Aspen House amenities include an outdoor heated pool, two hot tubs, a fitness center, a wellness room, a Ping-Pong table, a community gathering area with local tap beer and wine available and an outdoor fire pit. The Lake House amenities include a fire pit, 2 Grills, and 2 hot tubs nestled right on the spring-fed Lake Everist for fishing , kayaking and SUP'ing.

Aspen House visitation hours are currently:
Monday-Friday 10am-7pm
Saturday 9am-3am
Sunday 3pm-8pm

Lake House visitation hours are currently:
7 days a week 8am-9pm
(This is a private exclusive lake for residents and their guests, with a lake, private beach, hot tubs, fire pit, and a lake house with a kitchen).
