Treehouse I202 is a family friendly condo with a clubhouse in the Wildernest area of Silverthorne. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath sleeps 6. A great place for families. Mountain and valley views from the living room and deck. Fully-equipped kitchen has stainless appliances and kitchen bar that seats 2. Dining room table seats 6. Living room has comfortable seating, flatscreen, gas fireplace, free cable and WiFi. Community grill and picnic table in the outdoor courtyard area. The Treehouse clubhouse has an indoor pool, 3 hot tubs, sauna, racquetball court and coin-operated laundry facilities. The clubhouse also has a game room with pool table, air hockey and ping pong. Outside there's a tennis court and a playground.

Parking
2 Unassigned parking spots by permit only in the surface lot. Summit Resort Group will register your vehicle with the information given at check in. It is the renter's responsibility to provide registration details.

Location
In the winter, it's just 20 minutes to Keystone, Copper Mountain or Loveland, 25 minutes to Arapahoe Basin, 35 minutes to Breckenridge or Vail. Only 5-7 minutes to the Silverthorne Factory Outlets, restaurants, brewpubs, breweries, coffee and City Market in Dillon.

Walk out your door and across the street to find the paved rec path for walking or biking and National Forest Trails. Hike the trails in the summer and cross country or snowshoe them in the winter. The free Summit Stage bus stop is just at the end of the drive and can connect you to all resorts and towns.

Also an easy drive to: the Blue River for fishing, the Silverthorne Rec Center with pools and water features plus state of the art workout areas, the Silverthorne Performing Arts Center for live theater and events, Rainbow Park for play, sledding and outdoor concerts and the Silverthorne Pavilion for weddings and community events.
