Our property, one of the newest in Silverthorne built in Dec, 2023, is a top-floor unit on the 3rd floor next to Blue River, boasting stunning river and mountain views. The condo features a queen bed in the full-size bedroom with a spacious walk-in closet, a 55" smart TV, and ceiling fan for ultimate comfort.

The flex room includes a handy work space and bunk beds for additional guests, closed off with a sliding pocket door for privacy. You'll have access to a full bathroom with a tub + shower, radiant heated floors, high-speed internet, and all the essentials for a relaxing stay.

Enjoy the convenience of a fully stocked kitchen with an island and countertop seating, a new LG stackable washer + dryer, and entertainment options like a 55" smart TV in the living area. The balcony overlooks the river and mountains, offering a picturesque setting for your morning coffee or evening relaxation.

We provide board games, cards, blankets for cozy nights in, a first aid kit, and a fully stocked bathroom with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and a hairdryer. Please note that one other buildings in the community are currently undergoing construction, but our building is complete. While you may hear construction noise on weekdays, we have not experienced any significant disturbance.
