I don’t know why this place has bad reviews, we called ahead of time and asked many questions and the staff responded immediately and answered all our questions. Very clean place as well 10/10 would stay again!

If you are looking for hot tub and or pool, go elsewhere. The actual condo was nice, however the rental company is falsely advertising those additional amenities that have not been in operation for years per several current residents.

Would not stay again

Rental was spacious enough for my family. It took almost an hour to find it though when we got in late on Friday night in the snow. Then the heater went out on the second night. When I rated the company on their app I recieved an extremely rude and berating email from the Rocky Mountain Resort Management owner. I would not recommend anyone stay with this company.
