It was a nice hotel, but they placed us in a room near the end of the building with long walks to get to our room, no elevators. The key card initially would not let us into our room.. had to go back to front desk to get them rekeyed. There was no breakfast offered, only a coffee.

Clean but showing it's age.

I checked in late at night after a wedding nearby. The lady at the desk was as friendly as I've ever encountered to the poiny of being a genuine standout of the stay. She was upbeat, happy and helpful, even at 11 at night. The room itself was a little worse for wear but seemed clean despite the wear and tear. The walls were thin, and I'm pretty sure I was downstairs from an entire herd of rhinoceri, but that's not the hotel's fault unless they want to revise their policy vis a vis ungulate guests.

The lobby makes the building look like it’s going to be dated but nice. Which is typical with older resorts. Our room smelt horrible like cigarettes and was worse when we turned on the fan despite being in a no smoking room and facility. The bed was uncomfortable and had indents in the springs from years of other guests sleeping there. I let the front desk know about the horrible smell and he basically told me “the best we can do, is nothing.” I tried contacting the company on Expedia and they gave me a number to booking who had no idea what I wanted and had no record of my booking. No one knew what was going on and the room was so dingy and the resort so unclean we decided to leave a day early and just foot the bill for the extra day we didn’t even stay. This place is wayyy overpriced for what you get.

It was a good room and would stay again. Room was spacious but poorly designed. The upstairs seemed to be an afterthought. End Table had a large unplugged lamp as there was no wall outlet near. Check in/Check out was easy.
