The property does not have an elevator making it difficult for older or handicapped people to get to the 2nd floor rooms. The stair carpet and hall carpets were filthy. But the real problem was bugs in our room. My husband killed 3 bugs the first night. We told the desk clerk the next morning, and nothing was done. The next night, he killed another one in our bed. This kind of service is uncalled for. We expected a resolution to the bug issue after the first night, however, that didn't happen.

Room was so gross!! No extra linen was available. When checking in the guy was standing at the desk with nothing but a towel on. Very uncomfortable! The only reason we stayed was there was no other available rooms anywhere close by.
