Cold water. Room was flooded from taking a shower. Bugs on the floor. Only stayed 1 night after shower problems, Asked for a refund on my last 2 nights. Poor customer service. Will not stay here again.

Our stay at your Motel was very Unsatisfactory!! The linen needed to be changed, the sink splatter water when turned on, the shower didn’t work , the ceiling above the shower looked like it was falling , the microwave was old and looked dirty.

When I arrived and checked in, there was no one at the front desk and even the kiosk was offline. It took about 15 min for anyone to show up. Then after checking me in, she informed me the building had no water and there was no estimate of when it would be back on. I asked her to call me while we were out if they thought it was not going to be back on before end of night and they never contacted me. She also said she would refund me if the water was not turned on before end of that day, which it was, and they have yet to refund my room fees and we were there over 2 weeks ago. I had stayed here in the past and we have issues every time. This was the last straw for me as I am now unable to get a hold of anyone for the refund I was promised. Very frustrating, not clean as they could be, and overall the staff were all so unhelpful with everything.

Overall decent place. There was no night person at the desk when I visited. However there was a virtual assistant I found by accident, that should've been explained at check-in. I did get the extra pillows I requested. Also there was a battery dying in a fire alarm that beeped all night. That could've been avoided with regular maintenance check ups. And there was a very thin blanket on each bed. It would have been nice to have it noted in the room description to bring your own extra blankets and pillows. I would have gladly done. Still a decent clean & place but literally no extras.
