Relax in your private sauna, enjoy river access, and fish off the dock while surrounded by goats, chickens, and our Jersey milk cow. Please treat the studio and farm as you would your own home.
No parties or large gatherings without prior approval.
Quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM.

Private Sauna
Use sauna at your own risk.
Please turn sauna OFF after each use.
No food or glass inside the sauna.

Farm Animals
Enjoy the goats, chickens, and milk cow — they love visitors!
Please do not feed animals unless approved.
Children must be supervised around animals at all times.
Keep gates closed.

River & Dock
Use river and dock at your own risk.
Children must be supervised near water.
Fishing is welcome — please respect wildlife and clean up after use.

No smoking or vaping on property


Pets are Welcome
Please clean up after pets and keep them controlled around livestock.
