Welcome to our charming Siloam Springs getaway, where modern comfort meets Southern hospitality! Nestled just steps away from downtown, this stylish guest house is your perfect retreat with a pool for ultimate relaxation. With private access, 10' vaulted ceilings, 70" TV in the open concept living/kitchen/ dining area, custom tiled walk in shower, and top of the line Queen size bed in bedroom, you will be surprised how big the space feels and functions. The couch makes into a comfy queen bed.

The Space:
Saltwater pool is private to the property, but may be shared with other guests if the main house is booked. There is a reservation sheet at the gate to reserve private swimming time. Pool is typically open mid April- Early October depending on weather/ the seasons changing.

Guest Access:
Private access with coded entry.
There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

I wish the property had shown the outside and the alley where you are to park. We would not have chosen it had we known before booking that you park in an alley and that you can’t see the entrance to the property as it is behind a privacy fence. We didn’t stay. I emailed the host, but they didn’t reply until the next day. I’m glad I didn’t really need them since the response time was so slow. It may be a nice place behind the fence, but we felt deceived.
