On arrival nobody available at reception had to wonder around trying to find someone. Was given room 207 right next to the cleaners supply cupboard constant noise and starting early in the morning. Room also had low sloping ceilings which even I at 5.6 ft constantly banged my head and my husband was even worse. We walked into town to eat as hotel only had 5 course meal option. Breakfast was good but hotel was disappointing.

Our stay was perfect. The staff was exceptional and went out of their way to be helpful, friendly and welcoming. The hotel is lovely and our room had a great view. The food was excellent.
