The rooms need an update. Our room was not clean (found hair on towels), recycle in the trash…. I’ve requested to change the room and it was the same situation…. Definitely not Hilton level for the Hilton price. Starbucks- one person working, line 40 min long. Were there for a convention - they should’ve staffed up.

Carpets are dirty, small trash containers do not have plastic bags on them, doors were dirty, I had to use the alcohol wipe to clean the toilet seat and door handles. There’s been a puddle of water in the bathroom when I arrived.
