Beautiful facilities and rooms. Breakfast quality and options were amazing. Evening kickback "snack" was really another meal. Customer servicd was incredible. Some personal items (stemless wine glasses that were very similar to theirs) were accidentally removed during room service and the staff went to extraordinary lengths and was able to find them.
