The property is divided by a road into 2. Swimming pool , restaurant & Casino are on the beach side & the main building is across. The rooms are big spacious. The breakfast is very good & what better place than the beach to have it. It’s quieter part of the town. The sea is amazing and is great for swimming. Saw lots of family crowd. A great stay.

Good Hotel and Friendly staff Queenco Hotel and Casino is my favorite hotel in Sihanoukville, super friendly staff, great food, and excellent services. The room is spacious and very clean, and the pool and beach are very clean too. The location is the best and it is located next to the port. The receptionist is very helpful and friendly. Everyone is very kind in Cambodia but at Queenco, they are even nicer if that’s possible! The room, the assistance from the staff, everywhere we went on the hotel grounds, the food and drinks were above our expectations! And we are not easily pleased; thus we highly recommend the Queenco! I was just here for one night before heading to Koh Rong, and this was the perfect place. The restaurant/bar on the beach is great, as is the casino. This place also has probably the best gym I've seen in a hotel. The staff were very helpful, particularly Mr. Tak (Charly) who organised for free transfer to the ferry, as well as gave me recommendations for other places in Cambodia to visit.

Our experience at QueenCo was absolutely delightful during our four-night stay. The service provided by the staff was outstanding, as they were extremely friendly and accommodating. The room consistently maintained a high level of cleanliness, and the pool proved to be perfect for guests of all ages. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast and dinner options as well. Without a doubt, we would eagerly choose QueenCo for our future stays.

Had a nice open air restaurant on the beach. At night you got eaten by insects. Breakfast was included in my room rate. When I went down to breakfast , I ordered a coffee ( didnt want breakfast) I was ( attempted) charged $US6 for a cup of coffee. "Coffee doesnt come with breakfast" These people ( Cambodians) are screwing their tourist industry by ripping tourists off for every thing. I will never go back there.

This area is a building site at the moment, with contractors working late in to the night with drills hammers etc. This was made worse by the pneumatic drill at 7am. The cold water went off leaving us unable to shower. This is not the service you expect to receive at a higher end hotel. I have had much better stays in cheaper places
