We slightly have problems with the ac, key card and the tv was not working for the first night. Our room was on the far end , there is not phone in the room so we have to walked back and forth. The beach is fantastic, the staffs are friendly and polite. Overall we can say our stay there was great.

Excellent hotel with outstanding service. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, the surroundings are very well maintained, and everything is clean and tidy. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and the services are flawless. The hotel is located directly on a clean, long beach with white sand, which makes the stay even more enjoyable.

Great location by the pier and having been around the island Long Set is definitely the place to stay. We had some room issues which were sorted and compensated to a certain degree. The staff were fabulous especially the supervisor and we had a great tuk tuk ride with the night staff reception. The breakfast was good but strange they didn’t refrigerate the fruit and yoghurt etc and it had flies all over it - I did have the local soup which was great! We had 2 rooms booked and preferred the pool room if you are thinking about a choice Overall we really enjoyed the stay the staff made it all the better and we would recommend anyone else to stay there.

Beautiful resort on the most beautiful island in the whole wide world! Staff members were amazing. Beach is footsteps away from your door. Room had all the amenities necessary except for a TV. The lack of a TV was actually a nice touch. That meant get out of your room and enjoy paradise! Lol.

Amazing stay at this beautiful resort. We woke each morning to a fresh, delicious and varied breakfast buffet that had lots of options for our vegetarian daughter as well. Staff were exceptionally friendly and Mr Sim went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional by helping us book a van tour and snorkelling.

Resort is set in a beautiful part of LongSet beach and within walking distance to the pier. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating but the best staff member was a sweet resident resort dog named mack who played and swam in the ocean and was always on the search for more belly rubs from hotel guests.

Everything was really good. The room was really nice with a private pool. The breakfast was very good with many options. The resort area also very good but to me it was very special the staff super kind and helpful. I just have one problem in my room-the hot water wasn’t working- but it was just an inconvenient not disturbing me. I really recommend this hotel.
