Charming Mountain House in Le Sarradeil – Ideal for Families and Friends (8 guests)

Charming, characterful house in the hamlet of Le Sarradeil at 862 m altitude, perfect for relaxing and hiking in Ariège with family or friends.



This 175 m² mountain stone house accommodates up to 8 guests. Enjoy a peaceful setting with terrace and small garden.



The spacious 35 m² kitchen is fully equipped with a large table, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, electric stove, dishwasher, and a high chair for children. The kitchen opens onto a large 36 m² living room adjoining the terrace, with sofa, TV, and a small bar area. A furnished mezzanine offers a reading nook, playroom with DVDs, books, and board games.



Wi-Fi is available. Three large bedrooms are arranged as follows:

1 – 1 double bed (140 cm), bathroom, WC (34 m²)

2 – 1 double bed (140 cm) + 2 single beds (90 cm), bathroom, WC, wood-burning stove (27 m²)

3 – 1 double bed (140 cm), bathroom, WC (28 m²)

Baby bed available.



There is a cellar with washing machine, ideal for storing bikes, skis, or other equipment. Also available: garden furniture, sun loungers, and stone barbecue.



Wood heating and additional heaters are provided. Bed linen is not included, and cleaning is the guest's responsibility. Parking is a few meters from the house, before the path; you may drive up to load and unload your luggage.



The house is 16 km from Tarascon-sur-Ariège, 39 km from Ax-les-Thermes, and about 1 hour from Pas de la Case. Near the Plateau de Beille and Étang de l'Hers, where you can fish and hike. Close to prehistoric caves (Niaux, de la Vache, Lombrives) and activities such as canyoning, rafting, via ferrata, and mountain biking.
