Disappointed
Property was not very clean, and the bathroom had a bad ant infestation.
New beach chairs need purchased by management for this unit. Unit sleeps 4, however, only 2 chairs were usable.

Nice convenient family getaway
Nice location to private beach, pool , free trolley and easy walk to restaurants, grocery store, and Stickney Point road to cross into Sarasota. Bathroom sink very small so fyi. The unit is 1/2 the duplex shown in the picture. Nice little back courtyard to rinse off beach stuff. Patio table in front nice for outdoor dining. Has charcoal grill but gas would be easier and safer! Parking area lites not working so dark at night. !0:00 am checkout a bit of a pain.
