Siesta Key's PREMIER LOCATION with amazing beach view!

This new vacation rental is the 'Calm of Siesta', as you enter with a full view of the Gulf of Mexico and Siesta Key Beach. The property has just been newly transformed to accommodate our guests best welcome to Siesta. The property is equipped with a full service/ stocked kitchen, for all your cooking and bar needs. There is a granite island in the center that seats 4, with lots of other counter space if needed. The living room is furnished with a full size couch, love seat, Vintage Wine Bar with supplies, HD Television /cable and internet. Pass through here to the 'Main Attraction Room', the enclosed Lanai, overlooking the Gulf. The Lanai is enclosed with large Bay Windows to relax and watch the sunset and watch for Dolphins! The master bedroom is furnished with a King size Italian lacquer Bedroom set with plenty of drawer space. The full size master bath is surrounded by travertine tile, equipped with enclosed shower and plenty of cabinet space. The Guest Room is furnished with a queen size wicker bed , two dressers, and a tv. Both bedrooms have large walk in closets. The second bath is a travertine tiled, full size with shower enclosure and is adjacent to the guest room. Just outside the front door there is a storage closet equipped with 4 beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys for the little ones, umbrellas you can rent at beach concession and they put them in the ground for you or you can purchase. There is outdoor seating with a garden water fountain to sit or take a 'Siesta', if you prefer. The property has a carport and guest parking space right behind building. Additional parking would be subject for approval..

A Smart television and a DVD player are provided for your entertainment, while complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected. My husband, daughter and I stayed here for Thanksgiving week and had a blast! The views were great, the kitchen was well stocked (and this is coming from two people who usually host Thanksgiving for 20 people). We loved the proximity to the beach, the ability to wash sand off before going inside and the overall cleanliness of the unit. I would say the only “down” side is the small hot water heater however, we made it work. Highly recommend!

The property was very nice, well kept. Location is awesome! We’ve stayed in this complex before and hope to again. The host communicated quickly to any question we had. The ONLY negative I could say would be that the beach towels were a little worn out. Otherwise nothing negative to say about this little gem!

Property was exactly as described. We liked the proximity to beach! We arrived couple hours early and contacted Matt and were able to get our groceries and get into unit. Enjoyed view of beach as we ate breakfast each morning!

Celebrate Thanksgiving

We enjoyed our visit to Siesta Key . Great location, and all the amenities you need. Cozy rooms with plenty of room. Our coffee tasted better sitting in the sun room watching the sun shine on the beach.

Beachfront Condo

Property was very nice and clean! The added beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrella was a nice surprise! We arrived in Siesta Key a tad early and Matt was able to let us check in early. Communication was great! Definitely look forward to coming back here next year.

A Relaxation Dream!

Matt’s property is absolutely wonderful! Such a beautiful space and so close to Siesta’s crystal waters and white sand. We went in December when there were less people and it was just what we needed to get away from the hustle and bustle of working. Would absolutely recommend this property as it’s in a safe part of town as well, never felt afraid walking around and it’s close enough to the village to walk!

Diamond in the rough!

This was our second time staying and just like the first time, the place was amazing and didn’t disappoint! Matt is awesome, answered all the questions we had and in a very timely manner. Beautiful view of the beach and ocean right from the living room. There are many things that I could say about this place and brag on it about, but don’t take my word for it. Book it and see for yourself!

The partner was well organized and clean. They provided us with all the towels including for the beach. The storage room had many chairs and umbrellas ( a big plus) Had all the amenities that was listed. Location was great. Beautiful view from the living room. The beach was perfect. The owner was so easy to contact and very pleasant. Thank you! We had a great time!

Perfect location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit at Siesta Key! The location could not have been better - directly across the street from beach access. The gear closet was stocked with comfortable beach chairs, two umbrellas, and boogie boards and sand toys for the kids. Beds were comfortable. We set up the sunroom as a third bedroom for our youngest, which worked perfectly. Great find for a family of 5!

Sunset Royale Stay

Beautiful property with stunning view of the beach and gulf. Such easy access to the Siesta Key Village via trolley or lovely neighborhood walk. Short walk to the beautiful white sand beach. Matt’s condo was comfortably furnished and laundry access was easy. We loved our stay and plan to return some day.

The unit was very clean. Issues identified to the manager on site took over 5 days to correct. Showers were not center and oven didn’t work well. We loved the location. Would go back if dogs allowed. Overall a good stay.

We loved our stay, just a minor inconvenience due temperature control-bedrooms either too hot or too cold for comfort. Weather may have affected it a bit, so still a 5 star place! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What a view!!!

It was wonderful to get up in the am and enjoy the marvelous view of the ocean!!Upgrades of new countertops and flooring very nice . Crown molding looks nice as well. My Son in law replaced the tv remote Because the one there was damaged and nonfunctional.My husband and Son in law had to clear the clogged dryer vent because towels wouldn’t dry.I was extremely pleased that the office replaced the tattered American flag hanging upside down . My father was a Marine and I was happy that the head of the association and I felt the same way regarding the flag display.
