Beautifully updated villa conveniently located BEACH SIDE on Siesta Key/Crescent Beach. Short 2 minute walk to our PRIVATE beach with complimentary loungers and beach service (for a fee). No walking across Midnight Pass. NO HUGE CROWDS. Large open living room with La-z-boy rocker recliners and new pull out sofa, smart TV, tall cabinet with board games and cards, dining table with seating for 4, nice sized fully stocked kitchen, refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, 1 large bedroom with king sized bed with plenty of blankets, smart TV, huge closet, and Pottery Barn dressers, FABULOUS bathroom with large storage vanity, HUGE 8ft shower, Screened lanai with teak furniture, beach wagon, 2 back pack chairs and beach and pool toys to enjoy. Outdoor shower and hose to rise off, shutters for privacy, cooler, extra garbage bags and dishwasher pods for guests. We are steps to heated community pool,laundry facilities & free trolly. Walk to Stickney Point Restaurants/Bars/Rentals/Marina

We offer onsite property management, maintenance crew, laundry facilities, private beach (complimentary lounges & restrooms in breezeway), HEATED community pool with restrooms, and community room (library, pool table and ping pong). ***Remember from the fire station, near the public beach, down to Captain Curts (Stickney Point bridge) MOST complexes across Midnight Pass DO NOT have beach access so you will need to walk, drive or take transportation to the public beach or beach access by Captain Curts. You cannot cut through the resorts on the beach side. We are beach side with a HUGE PRIVATE BEACH.

Just park your car and enjoy your stay. Stickney Point is walkable or catch the free trolly right outside the community and go to Siesta Village (or Stickney Point). The Frog Hop is also available (they will pick you up most anywhere on the key). Their number is in our villa. It’s a free service but PLEASE remember they work on tips. * We are licensed with the Florida DBPR. Our license number is CND6805110
