Excellent location to enjoy the area

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic condo to stay in, close to the beach,great pool to relax in the evening- very nice and helpful people running this facility,have stayed at same facility 4 times- will be coming back again and again

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation was good but there are a few things that stand out as far as needing improvements. The property security gates did not work and were left open 24/7. Our room (2C) needs several upgrades with one of them being a new mattress in the master room. The unit needs refreshed like paint. This was a nice size unit for our family of 9 and there aren’t many units on siesta key that can fit this size family in one room. The pool was very nice. Crossing the road to get to the beach turned out to be not a big deal. Overall, a nice unit but needs some updating.
