Comfortably sleeps six. We have a one car garage and an assigned parking space. The complex has tennis courts and a pool. The prize of this unit is the balcony that overlooks a beautiful lake from the family room and the master. Just 1.1 mile from the Siesta village with plenty of restaurants and shops.. There is even a free local shuttle in the area. The new county pickleball is directly across the street. Pool area recently updated.
