The unit features an open floorplan with plenty of room to relax, large updated kitchen with new appliances, and west-facing Gulf views from every room. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom, balcony, and ROKU television. Free cable TV is provided in the living room and primary bedroom. Free WiFi is provided. Gated and dedicated and assigned parking spot that is covered, and close to the entry door. All of your beach gear is provided (beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, etc.). Beautiful Property, Well Situated for Beach and Entertainment
Beautiful 3BR Condo with short walk to beach, dining, and entertainment. Fabulous views from 4 different balconies. Main balcony off entertainment room is southward facing for spectacular views of the beach, the gulf, and evening sunsets. Nice ocean breeze through screened patio doors as well. Comfortable King Sized Bed in Master BR, Well stocked kitchen with pots, pans, dinner and glassware. Only complaints: There are no community gas/charcoal grills on the property. Also, watch noise levels coming in and out of building and within unit itself. Permanent tenants skew older and while majority are welcoming and nice, some are not fond of vacationers and have little tolerance. Not recommended if you have a group of young children or young adults that like to come in late/stay up late.
