Featuring a private kitchen, living room, and an onsite private pool, this cottage is perfect for winding down after a day in the popular Siesta Key Village or soaking in that Florida sun!

- Security Authorization Hold taken upon check-in: $1,000. This hold is released upon inspection of unit after check-out and no damages have been found to the unit. In the event of damages or missing items, the security deposit will be charged by the value of the item, up to but not limited by the full authorized amount.
- To book a beachside managed Property Between February 1st and April 15th, the booker must be 27 years old or older and be present for the entire duration of the stay.

The place was perfect for a family of 7. The private pool was enjoyed by everyone from grandkids to grandparents. And the short walk to the beach and town made getting around very easy. We’ll be back.
