Oversized Gourmet Kitchen with built in appliances, granite countertops and bar height counter with stools. Kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs, pots/pans, dishes, glasses, mugs, utensils, coffee maker, blender, toaster, etc. Dining area features Table with high back chairs. What a great condo! Plenty of room for 4 adults. The kitchen was well stocked (pans & dishes) to cook meals. Easy walk to beach and 2 pools. Plenty of restaurants and not long waits for seating. Jonathan was in constant communication with us. Definitely recommend!

Place was very clean, as pictured. We were able to sit on the porch and enjoy the weather. Also loved my husband and father could go to fish on the doc while I enjoyed the hot tub/pool in the evenings.

The unit was beautiful - just as pictures showed. It was comfortable and quiet and was a great fit for us - a married couple and 3 young adult kids. The location was great - close walk to the beach and bay side, and close to a trolley stop. We had the best time!!
