- We only guarantee 1 parking space per rental unit. No Garage Parking.
- Check-in is located at our office off site of the property. The address will be shared with check-in instructions.
- This home is dog Friendly. An additional charge of $39 Per Dog, Per Night will be applied. All other pets are not permitted. Please speak with a member of our team to confirm breed and weight restrictions.
- Security Authorization Hold taken upon check-in: $500. This hold is released upon inspection of unit after check-out or charged for damages found to the unit.
- To book a beachside managed Property Between February 1st and April 15th, the booker must be 27 years old or older and be present for the entire duration of the stay. Outside of this time frame, the standard minimum age for this property applies.
