The location of the home was great. Easy walk to beach, village, or just a stroll through the neighborhood. The house was overall clean and comfortable, but the washing machine had visible mold in it and a foul smell. Also, several dishes in the kitchen were not clean. We ended up just prewashing all the dishes we used. The tea kettle had mold/mildew in it also, so we couldn't use it. Most the pans had toxic non-stick coating on them with many scratches. There was one large stainless-steel pot that we could use to heat water, and I bought one more pan from Marshalls so that we could cook breakfast. The majority of the bikes were not in working order when we got there but maintenance was very quick to come help fix a couple of them when I asked. The pool was nice and warm. The kayaks were in poor condition with no back rest and they appear to not be maintained. The kayak approach in the canal is steep, dirty and a bit sketchy. It would be hard for someone who is not in good physical condition to use. I love Siesta Key so enjoyed my time there, anyway.

This is a fantastic house in the perfect location. Easy quick walk to the beach and shopping. The pool was a nice addition after a long day at the beach. We also loved taking the kayaks for a ride around the canal! Great property management and they had quick responses to all of my questions. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was great for a family. The kitchen is FULLY stocked for cooking. (We didnt cook in much because I'm on vacation. Lol)The walk to the beach was short and the wagon and beach supplies were above and beyond. The house is so clean! I wiped up a spill on the kitchen floor and got zero dirt. My daughter is a clean freak and commented on how clean it is. The pool was perfect between the beach. We will be back.

Love Siesta Key!

Our family absolutely loved Siesta Key! The location of this house is fantastic, minutes from the beach and also the Village! The wagon made the beach walk much easier as well. The only negative was the downstairs bedroom not having a bathroom but definitely not a deal breaker! We will definitely be back!

Great stay for families

House was very clean when we arrived. The place is spacious and no one felt like they were on top of each other. For reference, we had 5 adults and 4 kids under 5 in the house. For planning purposes, the lower level bedroom does not have a bathroom- there is one full bath on the main floor and two on the upper floor. This was a bit of a bummer but definitely not a deal breaker. We could walk easily to the beach (a block) and to the main strip of restaurants (5-15 min depending on location). Overall it was a great stay and would recommend to others.

Exceeded my expectations!

Considering our stay was just after Hurricane Milton, the property appeared seemingly untouched. We were there to celebrate my Mom's 92nd birthday, considering some of her physical challenges, the accommodations were perfect for her. The interior decor has an eclectic vibe that is so fun and inviting. I have a self diagnosed phobia about bathrooms. I can't stress enough how CLEAN EVERYTHING was. NO shower or tub mold. The entire unit was PRISTINE. Location is about a 6 to 8 min walk to the beach. Quiet area, easy access to local restaurants and stores. The 24 hr availability to customers service was quite convenient. The property management team is so friendly and customer centric. Should you select this property you've choosen wisely. The ONLY downside to our stay is that we had to leave this bubble of paradise and return to the realities of day to day.

Picture perfect

We had such a nice time in Siesta Keys that we didn't really want to leave! It is gorgeous at the rental home we had and everywhere you can possibly look in the entire town. A little dated but lovely

The furniture was well worn but neat and clean. The first sink in the master bathroom would run if you didn’t fiddle with it to position the handle just right. And there weren’t enough bath towels so we had to wash the one each left for us constantly. Those are really minor things that can be fixed easily. The property, the view and the interaction with the management team was awesome!

Great Location, Great for a Family

Our family of 10 had a great time in Siesta Key. The beach was beautiful and so close. You could literally walk everywhere. It was a bit strange having a decorative hole in the master bedroom wall. The service was extremely responsive. The kids loved the pool. The accessories for the beach sure came in handy. We really enjoyed it. Overall a great place to stay.

Best Location on the Key!

This property is so beautiful. It had everything we needed and more for a wonderful vacation. Walking distance to the beautiful beach and the Village of Siesta Key. Great location!

Family age 8-68 stayed at the property. Easy 1 block walk to beach access. The village with lots of restaurants and shops was an easy walk too. We ended up renting a golf cart for fun but could have done without that and just walked. I liked that there was an electronic board in the kitchen with recommendations nearby and communication from the property manager. The extras to take to the beach were awesome! Loved having chairs and a cooler. We also used the bikes and kayaks. Everything we could have hoped for.

Awesome time at this property

Property is nicely located very clean and spacious equipped with everything you would need for a vacation. Only one negative comment and it wasn’t that bad is just something i think they might need to pay attention to in the future. Second level bedroom was really hot , had to sleep with the doors opened so that air from living room and kitchen could come in to the bedroom.. other than that everything was great….
