Welcome to Unit 62, which was completely renovated in June, 2011. The kitchen has granite countertops, dishwasher, porcelain tile floors throughout. Washer, dryer, king bed, queen sleeper sofa, large bathroom with walk-in shower, and only a 4 minute walk to our private beach located on the #1 Beach in the United States. Feel free to enjoy all the amenities on our beautiful property, including shuffleboard, three freshwater heated pools and our two BBQ's; one beach side and one on the community patio. This unit has a 7 night minimum Saturday to Saturday rental policy. We will do our best to accommodate any request.
