Closest to the beach, Villa A-1 offers a fully renovated Gulfside retreat with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Unwind on the screened lanai—one of the few villas with this feature—and enjoy coffee in the morning, an afternoon lunch, or a cocktail in the evening.

The well-equipped kitchen features new stainless-steel appliances. Just off the kitchen, the laundry room includes a new full-size washer and dryer for added convenience. The villa has high-speed internet and multiple flat screen TVs, including a 65” smart TV in the living room.
