Gulf/Pool View End Unit with extra balcony!

Beautiful view of the courtyard, deck, beach and pool. All new electronics and personal Wifi. Second floor perspective keeps privacy from being an issue. Side porch gives additional sunbathing or "reading" corner for quiet times. Corner access is easy for car and beach access. Furniture is both adult comfortable and kid friendly. Recently (December 2020) replaced the sofa and loveseat in the living area which now includes a sofa bed! Owner supplies: One Pack n Plays and One Fisher Price Booster chair.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony or patio. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

Great condo complex Perfect for Family!!

Siesta dunes is the perfect location for family all around comfort and fun! Beautiful layout with so much to offer, pool in the center with hot tub, quick steps to the beach with the most gorgeous sugar sand and clean ocean waters to play in. Trolley into town just outside the gate. Your family of all ages can relax with the reliable guards making their rounds all day keeping everybody happy and safe. Siesta Key is a beautiful buzzing town with so much to offer for all ages, you can even walk to town straight down the beach and about 30 minutes! Fun, beautiful, clean and a Must Experience!!

well guarded, clean and well maintained, great location. we recommend 200-2 - it' very clean and a lot of kitchen tools. thanks a lot and hope stay again in this place!!!
