Newly renovated in 2024 with modern decor and new furniture, it features a well-equipped kitchen and foosball table, plus washer/dryer and BBQ grill on site. Your perfect beach escape awaits!
The space
This condo spans approximately 1000 square feet. Upon entry, find a spacious area with a dining table for six, a living room, and a relax room with a foosball table.
To the right is a vibrantly decorated bedroom featuring a queen-size bed and a convenient pull-out trundle with a full-size mattress. Opposite is a newly renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub.
External storage, at the right corner of our condo, holds beach chairs and toys for your beach excursions.
The BBQ grill, situated in the common area, is available for your use. Each floor has a laundry room next to an elevator (coin operated).
Cross the street to reach Siesta Key beach. Head left for the playground, pickleball, and tennis court. A 5-minute drive takes you to downtown Siesta Key, offering excellent restaurants, bars, and shopping.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire house, including the external storage situated on the right corner outside of the condo.
Other things to note
Guests must be 25 and older to book the house.
We allow up to 2 extra guests with extra fee of $50/person/night. No more than 8 people can occupied the house.
Please no smoking inside the house. $250 fee will be charged for smoking inside.
Early check in/check out is base on availability. Please contact us to inquire about that.
We have exterior cameras at the front door for security and insurance purposes.
