Relax with a cool tropical drink on the screened lanai while watching the amazing sunset or sun yourself upstairs on the beach front balcony right outside the master bedroom. 2 Bedroom & 2 1/2 bath townhouse Florida style! Living room offers a large plasma TV & DVD. The updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances. Adjacent is a utility room with a washer/dryer and a private half bath. Just a short walk upstairs takes you to two master suites with full baths and a small balcony overlooking the pool. Master bedroom offers a king size bed and large flat panel TV with a walk-in shower in the updated master bath. Would stay again

Very well-furnished, clean, well-located property. The photos provided don’t do it justice and I would urge the owner(s) to have them redone. The management company is overall acceptable, but I would urge them to limit contact about expected check-out time. They sent a text the day before check-out asking that I contact them if I planned to leave before 10 a.m. on the day of check-out. I understand they are trying to coordinate housekeeping and the text would have been fine, but they then follow it up with a phone call asking the same thing. That’s a bit annoying and intrusive. One final note for the owner(s) - you need a second AC unit for the upstairs. I appreciate that fans are provided in the bedrooms, but they’re barely sufficient.
