Affectionately called "The Perch", unit #1004 has been in our family since the building was nothing more than a blueprint. Beautifully updated with granite counters, stainless appliances, tumbled marble, crown moldings, pendant lights with dimmers, wireless internet, 3 flat screen TV's with Veris FIOS service, an open floor plan, sumptuous baths and room to sleep 6-8 people.
