Fantastic unit with all the amenities. Loved that Paul delivered chairs in the beach for us and everything in the unit was wonderful. I picked this unit because it also had a workout area but was surprised they wanted 40.00 a day to utilize it. Opted out of that but access and comfort were fantastic and no problems at all. Would definitely stay again.

The unit was had every thing I needed for an enjoyable vacation! From beach towels to kitchen supplies- there was nothing lacking. The bedroom is very large. Bathroom is beautiful. Nice use of hooks through the unit to hang towels and beach bags, etc. would definitely return!

Great condo on a stunning beach

The condo is very nice, super clean, wonderfully quiet and unbelievably convenient to beach. Bed was so comfortable. We had everything we wanted from blankets, extra pillows, kitchen basics to beach towels. We especially enjoyed the variety of beach chair opportunities offered right in front of the condo tower. Easy access to a personalized beach setup. We enjoyed the events package, too. We will stay again.

Appreciated the complimentary beach chairs and cooler, although it leaks and should be replaced. The off-site pool location and views were an added bonus. Mechanical outside noise (not construction) not expected. Property listed as recently remodeled it appeared more partially so. As reported by others, the A/C unit is rather noisy. Cleanliness, sliding door windows needed attention.

Lovely beachfront condo

The property was very well up kept. The condo was exactly how the pictures depicted. It was clean, cozy, and amenities were exactly as described. The owner/property manager was always accessible via text message and very responsive. The only issue we had was the WiFi was not working but I contacted them and it was fixed within a few hours. I highly recommend this dwelling especially since it is right on Siesta Key Beach. You walk out the building right onto the beach, you can’t beat that!

Some Disappointment

There were good & bad things about this condo. The good is that it is right on the beach. The disappointment had to do with the following: There was no body wash provided, as promised, outdoor furniture was very soiled, and the most disgusting of all was the black curly hairs I found on my sheets. I know these are small things, but they sort of set the mood for the rest of the stay.
