Overall the condo was great with a wonderful view and plenty of space. Well stocked and the grounds are beautiful. Few things, the furniture cushions inside are very worn and not very comfortable. The mattresses are very worn with valleys in the center. Master bed frame is broken and held together by a makeshift piece of wood. Cushions on the porch have mildew and are extremely worn. The beach umbrella is ripped and unuseable. The walk to the beach is a pretty long walk from the condo. Communication with the management is terrible. I requested an early check-in time via email twice and on the phone twice and I received a "standard response" that was clearly auto generated. I was told on the phone the same response and they never got back to me with an answer. There was no reason why we couldn't have had a check in time 2 hours early.....I gave them plenty of time with my request(s) that should have allowed their ability to schedule accordingly. The price I paid was extremely high for the value of this place.

Lovely

Perfect! It was clean and well-appointed. We really enjoyed sitting on the porch, looking at the water and watching the boats go by. We spent mornings on the porch drinking coffee and evenings enjoying cocktails and wine. We loved that we could enjoy two pools or walk to the beach.
