You are looking at our Sea Shell Condominium on beautiful Siesta Key, Florida. Our Family is from a small town near Fort Wayne, Indiana. We purchased our condo in 1998 and have been renting since then. The condo is located directly on Siesta Key's Crescent Beach in Sarasota, Florida. Sarasota is a quiet retirement community that has many snowbirds from the Midwest in the Winter, spring breakers in the Spring, and vacationers in the Summer and Fall. Crescent Beach on Siesta Key has been rated #1 best in the USA. You can see from the pictures, it has beautiful white sand and a relaxing atmosphere.


Saturday to Saturday rentals only, please. A month for rental purposes consists of 4 full weeks beginning the first Saturday of the month.

Great condo. Perfectly furnished...would you believe 5 brown leather recliners, two on the ends of a comfortable sofa? Beautiful location right on the beach. We had a power outage one day, probably due to high winds and rain that affected the building. We notified the owner and they worked hard to make sure the problem was being addressed asap. Power was restored in 4 or 5 hours, and the owner insisted on providing us a small refund because of the disruption. They went beyond what was required to assure we had an enjoyable week. Would highly recommend this rental, and we would certainly enjoy returning sometime.

Great Family Spot Just Steps from the Beach

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spacious, very clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. Just a short walk to the beach, which was a huge plus! Check-in and check-out were super easy too. Great spot for a family getaway!

Everything was perfect! We didn’t have room for towels in our luggage and they went out and provided beach towels for us! We returned them but it was a great gesture for sure! We will be back again this year and years to come!

My mother and I really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very comfortable and conveniently located. The beach access was great. We utilized the lounge chairs and umbrella set up for 20.00 per day..No beach towels were provided. Luckily I read an earlier review that mentioned this so we brought our own.

Perfect

This was the perfect place to stay for Spring Break on Siesta Key. The location is ideal, the sand is so soft, the condo is the perfect size. The balcony is small, but with a nice little view, and a lovely spot to sit and relax. The parking is convenient (low ceiling, beware if you drive a big truck). There is a washer and dryer just down the walkway by the elevator. There are plenty of free chairs on the beach and this unit has an umbrella in the closet, or you can pay for one out on the sand. My only advice is to bring your own beach towels. Hoping to get back to this place next Spring Break.

Great condo!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The kitchen was well equipped with everything to make breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The refrigerator and oven were brand new! The location of the condo is great especially to get on and off the key quickly. We would book this condo again!

Perfect Location

Located right over the bridge, across the street from Captain Curt's. Market and 7-11 across the street. Many restaurants and shops across the street too. Only 2 cons: 1) Pool is shaded mostly all day and very small. 2) No laundry inside the unit. Would definitely stay here again!

I will be back!!!

Our visit could not have been better. The location to restaurants and shopping is perfect. We walked right across the street to Captain Curts, Daiquiri Deck and Anna's Sandwiches. We hand plenty of room in the condo and the complex is right on the beach. It was clean, roomy and well equipped. There were pool toys, coolers and beach umbrellas, and the kitchen had everything we needed. I slept like a baby in the comfy King bed in the master The owner was super nice and answered any questions I had prior to my arrival. I'm getting ready to book another trip to my new "home away from home". Thanks Andrew, for sharing your lovely condo with us!!!

Nice Condo

Condo was very nice. It actually exceeded my expectations. Right on the beach and condo provides beach chairs. You can rent and umbrella for $15 per day. Restaurants, bars, shops and drug store are located across the street.
