Everything was great, however the vacuuming was very poor. There was kibble on the carpet, I assume from the previous guest had a dog. there was dental used floss on the rug. It was disappointing to see it was clearly not vacuumed. However everything else was great!!

Room was not ready when we went to check in. When we did get checked in, room fixtures were dusty and sticky. Bathroom door was sticky and toilet was dirty-excrement on seat: thankfully I brought disinfecting wipes with me. Bed was super hard and with a back injury, that was less than appealing. Properly also has no elevator, which was an inconvenience. Staff was, nice though.

We love this place. We have stayed here twice in a year (once as a couple, once as a family). It's clean, the staff has always been great. This time the manager even helped us with grilling because the grill was not working correctly.

Everything was clean and enjoyable. The only reason I took one star away is due to the overwhelming smell of cannabis. Super strong in the lobby area. Otherwise a great place to stay.

No elevator, no automatic door operator so getting luggage cart through isn’t easy. Toilet lid bolt cover missing and seat was crooked, baseboard peeling off, and faucet was crooked. Exit door at end of hall was broken and out of order. Breakfast was dry. Would suggest the hotel next door.
