Floors was very dirty and sticky. 2/3 lights in the bedroom did not work. Never turned on. There were blood stains on the side of the bed when I pushed away all the covers to check. I’m a tourist and I work pest control in another state and can tell that’s a sign of bed bugs. There was a recliner chair with burn mark on each of the arms. Room felt very dirty. Just not good vibes. Bed blankets were made but had dried orange food stains. Not acceptable or respectable room.
Very sticky floor. TV never worked.
Bed sheets. Left the room stay after a few hours. Unacceptable for me.

The room wasn't the very clean. The tv did not work. When i called the front desk regarding the tv the front desk lady advised me to unplug the tv from the wall ( which the tv sat on a dresser that i couldn't move) then she said that she would send the maintenance man out tomorrow at 930 am. The desk light and clock didn't work. The next morning i got up and headed to work and when i return to my room the curtains were opened and the bed was made !! I did not see my cervical pillow or heating blanket that i brought from home. I rented the room for 2 nights. I should be reimbursed for tonight since in not in the room and my personal belongings were removed. The front desk was closed and i called the office number and nobody answered.

It seems more like a long term motel with many families living there. The neighbors noise kept us up all night, the management did nothing after requests at eight, ten and midnight. The room was clean except it smelled like smoke and there was something brown on the light switch. Could have been dried blood. The property posted no smoking and no pets, and someone had a barking dog. The management also began swearing at my husband when we checked out early. I understand there is a place for everyone, and some good people don’t qualify for renting, but they really should be honest about what they advertised.

Very disappointed! I chose the hotel because of location and free breakfast. When I went for breakfast at 7:15 am on the 18th, the door was lock and the lights were off. That was just bad management. Someone obviously over slept.
