Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Esummer: the average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which heating may be used and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Siena Climate Zone D: 11 hours per day from November 8 to April 7.



Check-in will be via online self-check-in; completing the registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions on how to retrieve your keys and gain access to the apartment.

Keys can be retrieved free of charge via the on-site smart lock.
