Great location. Walkable to a lot of places of interest. If you drive there, parking is at quite a distance because vehicles are restricted in the area.

If it's available, stay here - it's top notch in all regards! Great attention is paid to keeping the facility clean and welcoming, while the decor respects the building's history. The public areas offered comfortable places to sit and relax, we didn't have to sit on the bed in our room, although it did have cold A/C. The breakfast selection was very nice, and went well beyond meat, cheese and bread. The owner, Elisa, even provided gluten free bread, cereal and muffin options. When we struggled with our planning for leaving Siena, Elisa made phone calls for us and gave us helpful suggestions. The only downside was having to drag luggage up and down stairs to get to the room, because there's no elevator.
