Very good place to stay. The only marks against it was when we got to the hotel they tried putting us in a room without a balcony, even though we had already paid for one, and tried charging us extra (it was worked out after I showed them the receipt). Also, we booked a massage in the spa and the staff were 10 minutes late and we had to remind them we were waiting.

The hotel is lovely. The staff arranged pick from bus station and we had a welcome drink on arrival. Our room was huge and the air con worked well...plus a ceiling fan. The pool was handy as it was so hot. Restaurant does food all day abd staff helped to organise mooed rental. The bed in our room was a little hard for our liking but did not spoil our stay which was relaxing. Wifi a little slow at times. Would recommend staying

No lifts and we had to climb up stairs to the top floor, TV not working, Wifi drops all the time, no mini-fridge in room, no air-conditioning in the living room area, bathroom sink stained, shower was basic, service was poor. We asked for room to be cleaned but no service done. We asked for drinking water and toilet paper but the staff at the reception refused to send up. They said it'll be done tomorrow but we checked out the next day! Poor! Do not believe the fake 10/10 reviews.

Nice new hotel with a great helpful staff. Big room and a good shower. 10 minute walk from downtown. Beautiful pool area with lots of plants to make you feel home.

Staff were very friendly, and the room was spacious. The hotel organised all transport, including tuk tuk rides around Angkor park (the same driver, Tiger, drove us round the whole time - from to airpot to Angkor). Lovely pool and space to chill. Overall, a lovely hotel!

The hotel staff were so friendly and accommodating, the food was amazing quality, immaculately cleaned and fresh, the rooms were spacious. We were surprised by the decorations on the bed it was lovely. Definitely will go back again.

The staff is very helpful

The room was pretty and comfortable big beds. The location is great, All very modern. The swimming pool was lovely. A walk distance to the center. The staff were wonderful all of them very helpful and made sure we were comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel!!!
