The hotel was very well maintained.. Very good customer service and the staff was very friendly. The location is one of the highlights of this hotel , close to many attractions in the city center. Walkable to the the night markets. I really recommend this hotel to everyone .

The staff were all friendly and very helpful. The rooms and breakfast area were always clean. The staff at the roof bar were great. The rooftop pool was refreshing. Breakfast was the only let down, I thought the cereal was a little stale and the options were not as plentiful as other places. The location is fantastic and I would certainly stay here again

This was a great place to stay. It was well located close to the centre of the city and walking distance from Pub Street and the Night Market. The staff are brilliant; very helpful and ensuring we had everything we needed. We also loved the breakfast, the pool and the Sky Bar - great views and lovely drinks. Another nice aspect was a “resident” Tuk Tuk driver Mr Danny who was very willing to take us to places we wanted to go. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel if you were contemplating a trip to Siem Reap.

Great location, lots to do in walking distance. Super friendly staff, clean rooms, mini bar stocked everyday w/ a variety of cold drinks. 2 complimentary large bottles of water in riom everyday. The rooftop pool and bar was a great escape from the afternoon heat. Highly recommend and will definately stay here again.
